Refund/Cancellation Policy

For printed materials:

You will have 14 days from the date of shipment of your printed materials to receive a full refund of your purchase price excluding shipping. We will charge your credit card for the purchase price, shipping and handling on the date we ship printed materials to you.

For seminars:

We will charge your credit card for the seminar fee fifteen (15) business days before the scheduled seminar. If you cancel your seminar more than fifteen (15) business days before the scheduled seminar, your credit card will not be charged. If you cancel your seminar within fifteen (15) business days but more than three (3) business days of the scheduled seminar, we will refund your seminar fee less a $99 termination charge. If you cancel your seminar within three (3) business days of the scheduled seminar, you will be charged the full seminar fee, whether or not you attend or participate in the scheduled seminar and there is no refund.

To receive your refund for product sales, please mail your product, prepaid in a traceable method to the address below.

SBIRbusiness is not responsible for any purchases, delivery, or performance of products and services purchased through any of our service providers. You understand that SBIRbusiness, LLC does not have any liability for products sold or services performed by our service providers. SBIRbusiness, LLC will not provide a refund or any other recourse for products purchased from or services performed by our service providers.
